Management of Change Workshop

Please note – Registration for this event is only available for new and existing food and drink manufacturers based in Wales, not for related organisations, consultants or students. 

Who can attend 

Designed specifically for the food and drink sector, this workshop is ideal for multidisciplinary team members i.e. those involved with managing and implementing change in the workplace, it may include: 

• Technical, hygiene and quality staff 
• Operations and production managers  
• New product development  
• Process development  
• Engineering and maintenance  
• Procurement 
• Site and senior management etc. 

In today’s fast-moving food and drink industry, change is constant.  

Whether introducing a new product, installing equipment, reformulating recipes, changing suppliers, packaging or improving processes, food and drink businesses must ensure that change is carefully assessed, managed, communicated and implemented safely.  

In this introductory workshop, we will cover the following areas: 

• Types of change  
• How to embrace change  
• Management of change within food and drink standards   
• Management of change process  
• Best practice for mastering change  

These interactive workshops will be held at ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre in Cardiff. 

Attendance costs 

Depending on your company size and eligibility, attendance at these workshops can be partially or fully funded. 

The cost for each delegate attending the workshop will vary depending on the size of the company they work for. This is determined by Welsh Government funding regulations.  

In the workshop registration form, you will be asked to provide company Subsidy Control information for the past three years and confirm the size of your company. Please refer to your finance business team to ensure this information is accurate as it may be subject to audit.
