Food Security Workshop 3: Raw material risk assessment, testing and supplier management

The workshop covers the following:

· Raw material risk assessment, criteria and methodologies

· Raw material testing resources

· Types of suppliers

· Link between raw material risk assessment and supplier approval

· Supplier approval including, initial, ongoing, outsource process supplier, service suppliers

· Supplier performance review

· Supply chain mapping

Please note pre-enrolment information will be required prior to the event and you will receive a request for information before the workshop date.

Module 3 forms part of the food security workshop series (1- 6). These fully funded, interactive workshops will be held at ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre in Cardiff.
