Who should attend?

This event is ideal for those who want to improve and update their knowledge of allergen management, ideally SMEs but it may also benefit larger micro businesses (e.g. those with SALSA or working towards it) or technical team members from larger businesses who are learning in their role.

How do I manage allergens?

This session is designed to improve your understanding about how to manage allergens at your facility and to give you and your customers’ confidence. Subjects will include trends in allergen incidents, allergen risk assessment, precautionary allergen labelling (PAL) including reference dosing, laboratory selection, Codex update, verification methods and packing controls.

This complex topic will be explored with the help of our guest speakers – industry experts in their field of allergen management.
