SALSA Audit Ready Workshop

Please note – registration for this event is only available for new and existing food and drink manufacturers based in Wales, not for related organisations, consultants or students.

This is a fully funded, interactive workshop held at ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre. This workshop is ideal for any manufacturers who are thinking about obtaining SALSA certification for the first time, or for manufacturers who already have SALSA certification in place and want support maintaining the standard.

Course outline as follows:

• How to register with SALSA
• How to access the relevant standards
• Understanding the requirements
• The audit process, including audit preparation and what to expect on the day
• How to close out non-conformances raised during the audit
• Common non-conformances, and tips on how to avoid them

As part of your attendance at this workshop, delegates will be asked for their National Insurance number at the end of the session. Please ensure you are familiar with your number.
