Who can attend:
Technical team members, TACCP and VACCP Team members, Raw material technologists, HACCP team members, Supply chain managers, QA and Technical managers.
Food Security Workshop 4: Vulnerability assessment and horizon scanning
The workshop covers the following:
- Types of food fraud
- Vulnerability assessment methodology
- Vulnerability mitigation methods.
- Role of the NFCU (National Food Crime Unit)
- Horizon Scanning – How to do it and what resources area available
- Ongoing review and maintenance of your plan
- Training requirements for staff
Please note pre-enrolment information will be required prior to the event and you will receive a request for information before the workshop date.
Module 4 forms part of the food security workshop series (1- 6). These funded, interactive workshops will be held at ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre in Cardiff.
