Who can attend

Members of the food defence team including technical, engineering, IT, HR, site security and senior management team.

Food Security Workshop 1: Food Defence

The workshop covers the following:

• What is food defence?

• How to prepare your food defence plan

• How to understand what your threats are and who the perpetrators could be.

• Food Crime.

• Sources of information

• Ongoing review and maintenance of your plan.

• Training requirements for staff

Please note pre-enrolment information will be required prior to the event and you will receive a request for information before the workshop date.

Module 1 forms part of the food security workshop series (1- 6). These funded, interactive workshops will be held at ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre in Cardiff.
