Food Security workshop: Specifications
The workshop covers the following:
· How to take an NPD recipe and turn into a finished product specification
· How to review raw material specifications and use the information to set goods in tests or inspections
· Understand the link between raw material specifications and goods in checks and tests
· Understand the importance of intermediate product specification for product quality
· Signpost to sources of information for specification preparation and review
· Specification review
· Specification audits
These interactive workshops will be held at ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre in Cardiff.
Whilst these workshops form a series, you can attend individual workshops to suit your business needs.
Attendance costs
Depending on your company size and eligibility, attendance at these workshops can be partially or fully funded.
The cost for each delegate attending the workshop will vary depending on the size of the company they work for. This is determined by Welsh Government funding regulations.
In the workshop registration form, you will be asked to provide company Subsidy Control information for the past three years and confirm the size of your company. Please refer to your finance business team to ensure this information is accurate as it may be subject to audit.
