Food Security workshop 2: Specifications
The workshop covers the following:
· How to take an NPD recipe and turn into a finished product specification
· How to review raw material specifications and use the information to set goods in tests or inspections
· Understand the link between raw material specifications and goods in checks and tests
· Understand the importance of intermediate product specification for product quality
· Signpost to sources of information for specification preparation and review
· Specification review
· Specification audits
Please note pre-enrolment information will be required prior to the event and you will receive a request for information before the workshop date.
Module 2 forms part of the food security workshop series (1- 6). These funded, interactive workshops will be held at ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre in Cardiff.
