Incident management team members (cross functional), Technical team members, QA and Technical Managers.

Food Security Workshop 5 : Incident management

The workshop covers the following:

• An overview of incident management
• Key roles within the incident management team
• The main body of the workshop will be a scenario-based incident team activity, which will allow teams to practice and experience what managing a live incident may be like.

Please note pre-enrolment information will be required prior to the event and you will receive a request for information before the workshop date.

Module 5 forms part of the food security workshop series (1- 6). These funded, interactive workshops will be held at ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre in Cardiff.
