Professor David Lloyd
Director of ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre
In his role as Director of ZERO2FIVE, David works closely with both the private sector and Welsh Government, often advising on issues affecting the food and drink industry and influencing Welsh Government’s food policy.
David began his career in the food industry over 30 years ago in the laboratories of a large bakery based in Cardiff and then worked across the UK for a number of major food companies as Technical Director.
David is also currently Chair of the Food and Drink Wales Industry Board, which brings together key players from across the Welsh food industry to work collaboratively to drive the sector forward.
