Commercial and Marketing Director
As Commercial and Marketing Director, Martin is responsible for the marketing team and the academic researchers in the ZERO2FIVE Food and Drink Research Group. Having worked at board-level marketing roles in the retail, manufacturing, and consultancy sectors, Martin has a broad and deep understanding of the commercial, marketing and policy aspects of the food industry.
Martin is also currently the Volunteer Chair of Monmouthshire Food Partnership and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
